Your hotel, dates, room preference and who's travelling.
Receive a proposal
Pricing, perks, payment schedule and cancellation terms, usually within one business day.
Authorize the booking
Sign the booking authorization and add your card through a secure payment form.
Receive confirmation
Your confirmation, perks and the concierge's contact details.
Share your preferences
Two weeks out, a short form for arrival times, dietary needs and requests such as a crib or extra pillows.
Pre-arrival briefing
A week before check-in, the hotel team is briefed on you, your occasion and your requests.
Reminder
The day before arrival, everything you need in one email.
After your stay
A quick note to hear how it went. Your feedback goes in your file for the next booking.
